AgileMinder has developed a new Agile Method, "The Emoji Scale." Using "The Emoji Scale" as a rating, AgileMinder has developed a statistical method to be used for team performance and engagement Analytics using the metric as a Dependent and/or Independent Variable.
The Emoji Scale is rated on 1-10 scale as follows:
